Since graduating from the University of Toronto’s physiotherapy program in 2002, Drew has worked intently to develop his therapeutic skills. In addition to his expertise in traditional manual therapy techniques, Drew performs myofascial release, vestibular rehab (for the treatment of vertigo) and the Mulligan concept of joint mobilization. Drew has an affinity for athletic rehabilitation, and has been fortunate enough to learn from some of the brightest minds in sports therapy. Most recently, he has been focused on the study of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization which is gaining popularity in the sports world and the Integrated Systems Model which emphasizes treatment of the whole person. Drew has been with Physiotherapy Active Rehab for 13 years and is now the Clinical Director. Drew likes to get his cardiovascular exercise by jogging and is a strong proponent of mimimalist running.
Beata graduated from the College of Physiotherapy in Poland and became a licensed Physiotherapist in Ontario in 1992. She has completed a number of post-graduate orthopaedic courses, including a set of specialty ‘McKenzie’ courses that teach this well-respected method of assessing and treating various neck and low back problems. Beata is skilled in treating a variety of orthopaedic sports, post-surgical and post-accident conditions.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Dhruvita graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in 2011 from the University of Gujarat. She put her education to work in clinic and hospital in India before making the decision to move to Canada. After moving here, she successfully completed the University of Toronto bridging program and earned her certification as a registered Physiotherapist in Ontario in 2017.
Since then she has enthusiastically taken the opportunity to improve her knowledge by completing several advanced therapy courses. These have given her additional skill in treating everything from TMJs (in the jaw) to ankles. She has also trained in the measurement and fitting of custom medical compression garments.
When she is not at work, Dhruvita enjoys cooking delicious meals, travelling and spending quality time with her family.
Growing up Melanie was involved in a lot of sports and activities, which led her to become intrigued in health. After exploration of various health-care systems, Melanie discovered osteopathy. This modality exposed both Melanie’s passion healing and future career path. She completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at York University, followed by her four year post-graduate degree in Osteopathy at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.

Tom graduated from the Kikkiwa College in Toronto, Ontario in 2000 and has been practicing and treating for over 25+ years. His passion for this career and clinical expertise is evident in his skills and handling. Tom chooses techniques from his skillset in order to effectively manage his client’s pain, whether that means providing a relaxation-based massage or one more suited for chronic conditions. When not at the clinic, Tom loves to spend time with his two beautiful children and wife. As a family, they enjoy camping, canoeing, and keeping each other company.

Klaudia’s career started as a Physiotherapist in Poland however, her passion in manual therapy led her to become a Registered Massage Therapist from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. With an abundant interest in the study of the human body and biomechanic, her ability to promote well-being has been nurtured over the years while providing care to clients of all ages, from young to elderly. Her wide range of massage techniques are effective in treating different patient’s needs, whether the goal is to return to mild leisure activities or more advanced sport-specific demands. Klaudia believes in treatment of the whole body and uses a wide variety of tools to best meet the needs of individual patients. She is fluent in Polish and loves to spend time with her husband and daughter.

Registered Massage Therapist
Tomas is a massage therapist with over 12 years of experience using different manual techniques. He graduated in 1999 with a Masters of Physical Education from Poznan University in Poland. In 2015, he continued his education at the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek.
Tomas has practiced internationally in a multitude of professional settings, including owning his own Massage & Physiotherapy Clinic in Korfntow, Poland. Tomas was also fortunate to work with the Polish soccer team “The Black Korfantow”. Tomas’s experience with pain management is evident in the way he approaches every treatment. He has developed a style of massage therapy to specifically target pain and address the needs of the patient.
When he is not at work, Tomas enjoys weight training, running, rock climbing and cycling in the Halton Hills area. Tomas strongly believes that physical activity is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle in combination with massage and therapeutic exercises. Tomas’s experiences help create a customized treatment to help you reach your health goals!
Arlene is a naturopathic doctor who is interested in helping educate and motivate her patients towards balanced lifestyles. She truly believes that every person should be assessed individually and holistically- mind, body and spirit. She completed her Doctor of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2019, where she was exposed to a wide variety of patients of all ages and health concerns. Through this she has discovered a special interest in digestive health, female health, skin health and family planning, although she loves to help anyone who wants to take control of their well-being. In July 2019, she achieved her certification of Facial Rejuvenation Cosmetic Acupuncture. When she is off-hours, she loves to stay active by weight-training and doing yoga, or cooking up something delicious in the kitchen!
